Post one specification. Every plant quotes against it, so quotes compare line by line.

One room per deal for the buyer, the plant and the colleagues each side invites, each shown by name and position. Chat, files, offers and the locked specification stay together, and each company has its own team chat.
- 03Smart contract in the room
When both companies confirm the terms, the contract is drafted inside the meeting room. Each company agrees the clauses or asks for a change, authorised signatories sign online, and the order is followed step by step in the same place.
- 04Team roles and signing authority
Invite colleagues with roles, and set who may sign and up to what value.
- 05Complete record
Messages cannot be edited or deleted. The full record of a room, with every document and signature, can be downloaded.

Sign and settle in the same room
The confirmed terms become the smart contract, private to the two companies: review the clauses, sign online, then follow production, inspection, direct payment and delivery step by step.
